NIAKYMIA Primer is a high-performance liquid adhesive specifically formulated for use with NIASHIMI cold-applied pipeline coating systems. It promotes excellent adhesion between the steel substrate and the inner wrap tape, providing long-term corrosion protection and superior resistance to cathodic disbondment.
The primer consists of synthetic elastomers, polymeric resins, corrosion inhibitors, and performance additives dissolved in a hydrocarbon solvent system. It is suitable for both hand and machine application and performs reliably in a wide range of climatic conditions and service temperatures.
